GOIL PLC profit growth reached 7.05 percent in the 2025 financial year as the indigenous oil marketing company recorded higher earnings despite challenges in both the global and local petroleum sectors.

At its 57th Annual General Meeting, GOIL PLC announced that Net Profit After Tax increased from GH¢84.7 million in 2024 to GH¢90.67 million in 2025. Profit Before Tax stood at GH¢123.37 million.

The company also maintained a strong revenue performance, generating gross revenue of GH¢18.55 billion during the year under review.

GOIL said the results demonstrate the company’s resilience and reinforce its position as one of Ghana’s leading indigenous petroleum marketing firms.

Shareholder value also improved during the period. Earnings Per Share rose from GH¢0.216 in 2024 to GH¢0.231 in 2025, while the company’s share price increased significantly from GH¢1.52 to GH¢2.96 by the end of the financial year.

The strong performance has prompted the Board of Directors to propose a final dividend of GH¢0.060 per share.

If approved, shareholders will receive a total dividend payout of GH¢23.5 million, reflecting the company’s commitment to rewarding investors while sustaining growth in a competitive industry.
