Betway Ghana has launched a new customer-focused campaign dubbed “It’s Your Ten” as they celebrate a decade of operations in Ghana.
The online sports betting and entertainment company announced the initiative as part of activities marking its 10th anniversary in Ghana, highlighting the role customers have played in the brand’s growth since its launch in 2016.
The campaign, which will run throughout June, is designed to reward loyal customers and celebrate the community that has supported the company over the past ten years. In Twi, the campaign is translated as “Wo Mmre Adu,” reflecting Betway’s effort to connect with its Ghanaian audience.
According to Betway, the anniversary celebrations will feature a range of promotions, activations, and player-focused experiences aimed at thanking customers for their support and participation over the years.
Speaking on the milestone, Managing Director of Super Group Africa, which powers Betway Africa, Jason Kramer, described the anniversary as an important achievement for the company and its customers.
“Reaching 10 years in Ghana is an important milestone for us, but more importantly, it’s a testament to the customers who have been part of our journey. ‘It’s Your Ten’ is about celebrating them, their passion for sport, their moments of excitement, and their role in shaping what Betway is today,” he said.
Betway said it has spent the past decade expanding its presence in Ghana’s sports and entertainment sector through digital innovation and customer engagement initiatives. The company noted that it remains committed to enhancing its platforms and delivering a seamless entertainment experience for users.
The firm added that while the anniversary marks ten years of operations, the focus remains on strengthening relationships with customers and building on the successes achieved since entering the Ghanaian market.
